What Therapy With Me Is Like
Therapy with me isn’t about giving advice or telling you how to live your life. It’s about slowing down long enough to understand why you feel the way you do—and helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been carrying so much for so long.
I blend curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based approaches to help you create meaningful, lasting change instead of simply getting through another week.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (parts work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and attachment-based therapy. In plain English? We’ll spend less time trying to “fix” you and more time understanding the patterns that helped you survive—and deciding which ones still serve you today.
Collaborative, Not Prescriptive
Therapy isn’t about me having all the answers. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening, discover your strengths along the way, and find an approach that fits you—not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
Curious About Your Patterns
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, childhood trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we’ll explore the patterns underneath the symptoms instead of just trying to make them disappear.
Compassion Over Criticism
Real change rarely happens through shame. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have it all figured out, or be “good enough” before you deserve support.

Most therapy sessions are 55 minutes.
That gives us enough time to slow down, explore what’s coming up, and leave with a little more clarity than when we started.
-
I see clients Monday through Thursday.
Life can be unpredictable, and I do my best to be flexible whenever I can. If something comes up, I simply ask that you communicate with me as soon as possible.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice—or missed without notice—are subject to a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.
If you have questions about scheduling or availability, don’t hesitate to reach out.
-
I work best with people who are tired of just surviving.
Maybe you’ve always been the responsible one. The helper. The people-pleaser. The one who keeps it together while quietly struggling underneath it all.
You might struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, childhood trauma, chronic illness, body image, or constantly feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough.”
If you’re looking for a therapist who will help you understand why you feel the way you do—not just teach you coping skills—I think we’d work well together.
-
I accept the insurance plans listed below through Headway.
If you aren’t using insurance, my self-pay rate is $150 per 55-minute session.
Therapy is an investment—not because you’re broken, but because your wellbeing matters. Choosing to care for yourself can have a lasting impact on every area of your life.
If you’re unsure about insurance coverage or payment options, I’m happy to answer your questions before we schedule.
